Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using Entropy operated by Etheresque LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Entropy(“Advisory Service”, “Software Service”, “Services”, “Service”). Your access to and use of Entropy is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By accessing or using the Entropy you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access Entropy.

Purchases: If you wish to purchase any product, service, or offering made available through Entropy, you may be asked to supply specific information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use the credit card(s) or other payment methods in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies: We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services at Entropy. The products or services available may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on this website or in our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Beta software and Third-party Risks: Entropy is in beta version and is an evolving software as a service product, we fix known software bugs when they arise but cannot put a time estimate on a fix, we follow a software release schedule that requires us to release changes fast in response to market requirements, hence unknown bugs may get introduced into our system, at times, inaccuracies in data generated by our software, and logical or data storage errors may occur.

Entropy uses third-party libraries and software within our software architecture, at no time are we obligated to provide a list of dependencies to a visitor or user. Entropy Indexs data from third-party sources, we take no responsibility for the accuracy or inaccuracy of this data, the data received from a third party may be compromised or tampered with, in such scenarios logical miscalculations can occur.

Entropy may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us, while these links are screened at the time of publishing, they can be instances where the link host may go out of business, get hacked, or has malware, kindly take caution before visiting any third party link.

We have no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the data, the services, the products, the offerings, the content, the links, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

We also do not assume responsibility for using beta software designed, developed, and delivered by us, You acknowledge that you are using Entropy through an invitation request, and all code, data, logic, and design are experimental.

Accounts: When you create an Entropy account, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access Entropy and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with Entropy or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use Entropy will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using Entropy.

Enforcement and Changes: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
